Etsy Shop in holiday mode

Hi guys,

Some of you may have seen my shop is now in holiday mode. This is because I aim to rebrand myself in the new year. I hope to have my full shop up and running by February 2017. 

This means I will not be taking orders directly from my Etsy shop. I will however be taking some orders through Facebook or custom orders through Etsy. The reason I still want to do this is because It will help me financially with the funds needed for the new branding (business cards, business stamp, banner for events, event table etc).

Etsy Birthday Celebrations!!!

Hi Guys,

Just a quick update to let you all know about my Etsy shops first birthday. I have decided to do a coupon code to invite you all to use between 10th October all the way up until 20th October. Mini Christmas Gift Tags

Wine o'clock/prosecco o'clock keyring/coaster/magnet

I have started working more frequently on new items and have got two new listings up on the etsy page.

Cross stitch Baby sets - I heart mummy/daddy

Hi,

Sorry it's been a while but thought I best follow up with one of the items I mentioned in my last post.

Here is my latest baby set, I heart mummy and daddy sets.

These make me happy as these baby sets are different to my usual sets as they don't require personalisation of any kind but are versatile so can be personalised if a customer wanted.

I hope to get myself back in gear and post more regular but not sure if that will end u happening (sorry in advance if I don't).

Worlds best teacher and number 1 keyrings, coasters and magnets

Hi,

Sorry it's been a while but thought I'd release these items in time for the end of school year. 

Here you see the various patterns. I enjoyed working on these as I know many a teacher I would have loved to give these to as a child.

I chose an apple as my motif as its something closely associated with teachers like teachers pet bringing an apple for the teacher and how the apple is a word commonly taught when learning the alphabet.

I am going to have several posts out over the next week or so. These include another baby set, something completely new and hopefully some more keyrings, coasters and magnets.

Pokemon 20 personal project

Hey Guys,

I know I've been quiet recently but I haven't had much time due to me starting the biggest project of my life. I am attempting to stitch all 151 original pokemon using a pattern I found a couple of years ago.
I have decided to do it now due to it being pokemons 20th anniversary. Here is a picture of the work in progress (I've barely started).

I will be back working on shop items soon as I will want breaks from this large project and knowing me i'll be lucky if its done for pokemons 30th anniversay.

3-in-1 - 2 Flower hearts and an Owl, hoop designs

Hi Guys,

Sorry it's been a while, been busy with new designs got three up today. Two based on flower heart blackwork and one of an owl with blackwork patterns instea of block colour.

The two flower hoops are very sweet with a complex or simple design both are effective with the shape clearly noticeable. I did these in red due to it coming up to Valentine's Day.
I am enjoying making these blackwork hoops as they are quick and simple to create.

The Owl design is my favourite design though as he is so cute and I believe using the colours in these patterns instead of block is more creative and effective because it gives the owl a texture as well as colour. I chose purple and pink purely because they are mine and my sisters favourite colours.

Hanging Hoop - Love is all you need

Hi guys,

My first Valentine's Day inspired hoop. This hoop is based on the Black stitch style of embroidery which I believe looks great in these hanging hoops.

I will have more hoops up in the near future. Would love to hear what you would like to see in future hoops. My next one is going to be flowers and flowers and more flowers! Feeling really girly at the moment with sweet loved up pattern ideas.

Hanging Hoop - Home Sweet Home

Hi Guys,

Just letting you all know about the first addition to the shop for 2016. It is a sweet little hanging hoop great for gifting to someone who has just moved into a new home to add a bit of a personal touch.
I made this in pink and purple as I think this design suits these colours but will customise it for customers if they request it.

This is made using a wooden 4 inch hoop and is a great little gift for anyone who takes pride in their home. I think I will gift this one to one of my friends who is looking to buy their first home. It comes with bakers twine attached to make it easier to hang from most surfaces. This wasn't mentioned in the new year post as I was unsure if it was going to go up on the dhop but decided it was a good idea.

Happy new year!

Hi guys,

I know it's a bit late but happy new year hope you all have a great 2016! My New Years resolution is to stitch more especially more for myself as I didn't have time to make anything for myself last year. I'd love to hear what your New Years resolution was?

I thought I'd let you all know what's happening in the new year. I have purchased a badge machine to start making personalised cross stitch badges.

Also I have 3 new baby set patterns in the works as well as at least 2 new children's t-shirts.

I am also thinking about starting to do coasters, fridge magnets and keyrings but they won't be happening until further down the line (hopefully up by March).

Other than that business as usual the same January promises as every year, lose weight, be more active and don't leave anything until the last minute but seriously I know it's not going to happen.
